I have worked with Nakia for approximately five years on various marketing and website needs for my business.
I have a unique business set up with projects directed toward individual clients, small groups and large corporate accounts. Because of this, my website has to reflect a variety of projects and it has to change often in the message it is conveying as well as the functionality of the content.
I found Nakia was willing to become more than familiar with my business needs and has always been willing to accommodate a variety of tasks, and at times research unique needs related to my business. Sometimes I requested her to come up with non-traditional solutions such as my online store needs and changes in my blog set up.
She has always come up with at least a three or more options for me to choose from and also clearly explained the pros and cons. This is how I work with my customers and I have really appreciated that because as mentioned, my business set up is very unique and often marketing firms don’t quit understand how to handle my business needs.
It is because of this that I highly recommend Nakia Tyler for design and marketing opportunities in your company because she will go above and beyond for your customers. That is a skill that is hard to find in today’s business world. I also want to comment on her overall kind and bubbly spirit. That makes working with her fun and positive rather than just mundane which is often a mindset I have run across in industry.

Wow. What can I even say about Joi?
Aside from the fact that she is FABULOUS, she is also a wonderful client to work with. Joi and I have been working together in some capacity for about five years. We met while I was working at Team Creative Fire, and I helped design two websites for her during my time there.
These days, I assist her with many web-related things, such as: adding products to her ever-growing online store; write and/or post blogs, announcements, new promotions, and more; create digital graphics for the site; update content as requested; complete necessary software updates; researching and providing solutions to her business needs; make suggestions as appropriate in regards to the design of her site; assist with the promotion of her annual sewing event; and other tasks as requested.
One of the reasons that I love working with Joi is because she is so passionate about what she does, and is always enthusiastic about new products and services that she offers. She is always willing to listen to suggestions, and we collaborate so well together.
Because I helped build Joi’s website, it works well that I’m also the one maintaining it. When you’re a business owner, updating and maintaining your own website can easily fall to the back burner when things get busy. I have also found that many of my clients that aren’t web designers don’t really enjoy the web-related work as much as I do, so having me do it works well for them.
I offer three Shine Bright Maintenance Plans to suit a range of budgets, and I am also open to creating a custom plan for those clients who would like something more specific to their needs.
